Terms of Sale

  • Accepted Payment: We accept all of PayPal's Payment Types
  • Payment must be made within 7 days of auction's close.
  • Products are sold as-is without warranty or guarantee, unless specified in the "Specifications" Section. All Sales are Final.
  • An item said to be in working condition but received DOA can be returned for replacement or refund (when no replacement is available) within 14 days of receipt of product. No other returns will be processed.
  • If an order is cancelled after we have shipped the item, shipping will not be refunded and return shipping is customer's responsibility. Refund will only be issued after a satisfactory review of returned items.
  • An item stated as a "parts/repair item" or an "as-is item" can not be returned for replacement or refund.
  • Pictures may be representational only and not of the exact item if we have more than one in stock (unless otherwise noted in description).
  • PLEASE NOTE: On selected items a Tamper-evident label with Serial Identification will be applied. No warranties will be honored if this label is missing or in any way defaced, damaged or broken. We record all serial numbers.
  • For freight shipment, shipping arrangements will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, there will be a crating charge to be determined on a per-item basis.
  • International Orders: We ship worldwide via the eBay Global Shipping Program. Duties, VAT, Taxes and/or Fees are not included in the shipping charge. They are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid separately. These charges are beyond our control and may vary by country.

Sales Policy

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. We don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, so all orders placed on Thursday after 1 pm PST will be shipped on the following Monday or next business day (if  Monday is a holiday).

We don't ship to an address other than the address on PayPal. Please update your address with PayPal before placing your order. Buyer is responsible for extra shipping fees and/or loss of package due to wrong address. 


Free shipping is only available to the continental United States. Free shipping is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Free Shipping is also NOT available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes. 


*International buyers please be aware that free shipping is NOT available for International Orders, and that items will be shipped within 48 hours after the payment is received, however, shipping time may take 3-4 weeks, and in some circumstances may even take longer. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Lost or Stolen Orders (after delivery) 

We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier.

Damaged Orders

Buyers, please understand that most used items have no original packages. We will test each item to ensure it is in good working condition and pack well before shipping. However, due to shipping carriers accidentally mishandling packages, the item may break or not work properly. It is out of our control. Please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
